ClearSource collects quiz responses, email addresses, and demo interactions to understand demand and improve the product. We do not sell compounds, process purchases, or share user research profiles with suppliers.
What we collect
Quiz answers (experience level, research interests, category focus, main concern, verification habits, contribution behavior, desired features, first use case), email address, optional first name and phone, and interaction events such as which supplier cards, lab records, and compound pages you open within the demo. Quiz and demo state is kept in your current browser tab session so a fresh window starts clean.
Why we collect it
To validate demand for source-intelligence tooling, prioritize the features researchers actually need, understand the ICP, and contact people who opted in for early access or research calls.
How demo interaction data helps us
Interaction events tell us which signals (documentation status, lab records, community reports, watchlist activity, compound research pages) are most useful so we can build the right database first.
How to request deletion
Email hello@clearsource.example with the subject line ‘Delete my data’ and the address you used to sign up. We will remove your lead record and demo events.
